2026 Seoul Marathon Hydration Station Guide


To support a stable race and help runners achieve their target times, we would like to share information about the hydration station operations.



๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ FULL Course Hydration Stations


๐Ÿ“ Location

ยท A total of 8 stations every 5 km


๐Ÿ“ Station Scale

ยท Approx. 135 m in length

ยท 25 tables per station


๐Ÿฅค Station Layout

ยท Pocari Sweat section | 7 tables (5 m intervals)

ยท Water section | 3 tables ร— 6 sets (10 m intervals between sets)


๐Ÿ’ก Hydration Tip

Before entering the hydration station, please check the table number sign.

Please remember that Table 3 is the last Pocari Sweat table and Table 10 is the last water table, so you donโ€™t miss your hydration point.
